1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a professional furniture factory located in Dongguan, China, with over 15 years of manufacturing experience. We offer full-house custom cabinetry, wardrobes, kids beds, and kitchen cabinets directly from our production line.

2. Do you accept customized designs?

Yes. We support OEM & ODM orders. You can provide drawings, design ideas, or references — our team will provide 2D/3D design support and make samples accordingly.

3. What materials do you use for your products?

We use a variety of materials depending on the design and market needs, including:

E1 / E0 grade MDF and plywood，Stainless steel, Aluminum

Solid wood (oak, ash, birch)

Melamine, PVC, lacquer, veneer, and laminate finishes

All materials meet international environmental standards (FSC, CARB P2 available upon request).

4. What’s the lead time for production?

Standard production time is:

Material Sample: 7–15 working days

Bulk order: 30–45 days after deposit and drawing confirmation

Urgent orders can be negotiated.

5. Can you support whole-house furniture projects?

Yes. We provide one-stop furniture solutions for villas, apartments, hotels, and commercial spaces. Our services include design support, production, packaging, and shipping coordination.

6. How is your packaging and shipping handled?

All products are securely packed using:

EPE foam, corner protectors, and 5-layer export cartons

Custom wooden crates for fragile or high-end items

We support FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms with reliable freight partners.

7. Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is flexible:

For custom projects: negotiable based on design and volume

We are open to small trial orders for long-term cooperation.

8. Do you offer installation or instruction support?

Yes. We provide:

Detailed assembly instructions with all products

CAD drawings and installation videos upon request

Online technical support for projects

9. What are your payment terms?

Usually ，Customized Item 70% deposit, 30% balance before shipment

We also accept Alibaba Trade Assurance for safe transactions.

10. How do you ensure product quality?

We conduct strict quality control in every step:

In-process checks

Final QC before packing

Photos and videos will be provided before shipment for confirmation.
